Description

The ISM Lead Auditor course is designed to equip participants with the essential skills, traits, and knowledge required to perform effective audits against the ISM Code (International Safety Management) . This comprehensive training focuses on developing a thorough understanding of the auditing process, from preparation and evidence gathering to conducting audits, inspections, and surveys.

Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of how international standards are constructed and designed, including the principles that underpin their development. This includes exploring the frameworks and methodologies used to ensure that standards are robust, applicable across industries, and align with best practices in quality, environmental, health and safety, and risk management.

The course provides step-by-step guidance on planning and executing audits. This includes learning how to interpret the requirements of ISM and ISO Management Standards, assessing compliance, and identifying non-conformities.
